question about djing in ableton?

What I'm trying to figure out is ableton's system for tempo. On audio 1 I have my first song, audio 2 and 3 are drum loops, and 4 is my second song. They are ALL 120 bpm. I set the project to 120bpm, but there's all the yellow flags saying it's a completely different tempo. I deleted all the flags and changed the tempo to 120 and it sounds a little more normal, but it does not line up with the kick drum that is set to 120bpm. Is there a way to turn off warp and still make loops?

i do parties every weekend, i run a pioneer system with 5 subs and some jbl loud spks. i dont do all dat bpm tempo s*hit. i jsut go with teh flow mix with the fun time im having and change songs when the beat and tempo are just right! its called live mixing and frankly people love it.
